If I was going to sell my home I would want Jessica and her team, as I would be confident I had the best result.
We made a decision to sell our house and to find the value we had it appraised by a sworn valuer. In discussion with the Valuer I mentioned we did not want to auction but preferred a private sale but agents were all pushing for auctions. He said if we wanted a private sale and he was in our position he would go to First National Waverley City. I contacted their office and arranged for Jessica Chea to come and see us.

Right from the time we met Jessica and listened to her presentation we were convinced that a private sale with her was better than an “Auction Show for the neighbours”.
